About Me
Hello! I’m Stephanie.
I am a licensed dietitian nutritionist and certified holistic health coach. This course is my labor of love that I created based on over 10 years in private practice serving hundreds of clients, helping them develop healthy and sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits and achieving their health goals.
My own personal health struggles earlier in life combined with my clinical experience has taught me that health issues are diverse and complex, yet they are too often treated with a one-size-fits-all approach. As a holistic nutritionist, my job is to support my clients to heal at the deepest level. I am committed to finding solutions that don’t just mask their symptoms, but actually address the root causes of their health issues and empower them to take charge of their health in a sustainable way.
