Keenist Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding order processing, access, and cancellations for services and products offered on Keenist.com (the "Website"). By placing an order or booking a service on our Website, you agree to the terms of this Fulfillment Policy.

1. Services:

  • Online Nutrition Consulting: We offer one-on-one telehealth sessions with qualified holistic nutritionists. Services offered do not constitute medical advice. Please note we reserve the right to refuse service or access to any client who exhibits disruptive or abusive behavior.

  • Order Processing: Once you book a session, you will receive a confirmation email containing the date, time, and pre-appointment preparation instructions.

  • Access: Sessions are scheduled and conducted online via a secure video conferencing platform (practicebetter.io). You will be provided login details prior to your appointment.

  • Refund Policy: There shall be no refunds for services rendered; refunds are only provided in the event there is an error or misunderstanding surrounding the booking process.

  • Cancellation Policy: We request you provide at least 24 hour notice to change or cancel an appointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late, do not attend a scheduled appointment, or do not provide 24-hour notice to change an appointment will be charged a $50 Cancellation Fee ($20 for Intro Sessions). The first Cancellation Fee shall be applied to a client’s next session (if scheduled to occur w/in the next 15 days); subsequent Cancellation Fees are non-applicable and non-refundable without exception. This is necessary to protect Keenist’s business; time commitments are held for clients’ exclusive benefit.

2. E-books & Courses:

  • Order Processing: Once you purchase an E-book or Course, you will receive an email confirmation with a download link and instructions or a practice better registration link, respectively.

  • Access: You can access your downloaded E-book on any device that supports the file format, and your Courses can be accessed using your Practice Better login credentials.

  • Refund Policy: All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds.

3. Payment Information:

  • Credit Cards Accepted: We (through Stripe) accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

  • HSA/FSA Cards: We may accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for eligible services, subject to the terms and conditions of your individual HSA/FSA administrator. Please confirm with your administrator whether our services are eligible for reimbursement before using your HSA/FSA card. We are not responsible for denied claims by your HSA/FSA administrator.

  • Currency: All transactions are processed USD.
